Privacy Notice

Grupo Inxeniux S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Inxeniux”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

For the purposes described in this notice, we process the following categories of data:

Data you provide directly:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Company or organization.
• Website or social media.
• Description of your project or need.

Data collected automatically:

• Advertising campaign attribution parameters (for example, UTMs and the Facebook click identifier, “fbclid”).
• Your browser time zone.
• Approximate country and city (estimated from your IP address).
• The page through which you entered the site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Additionally, we measure browsing behavior in an anonymous and aggregated way (funnel analytics), without associating it with an identified person.

Primary purposes (necessary):

• To contact you regarding your request.
• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on the meeting you requested.
• To create the corresponding calendar event and video call.

Secondary purposes (optional):

• Commercial follow-up and management of the relationship with prospects.
• Sending information about our services.
• Improving the experience and our campaigns.

If you do not want your data to be processed for the secondary purposes, you can say so by sending an email to hola@inxeniux.com. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.

To operate scheduling and measure our campaigns, we share data with service providers, including:

• Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet), to create the meeting event and the video call.
• Meta / Facebook, for the measurement and attribution of our advertising campaigns.

These providers may store or process the information on servers located outside Mexico. We only share the data necessary for the purposes described, and we seek to ensure that such third parties offer adequate protections.

You have the right to Access your personal data, as well as to request its Rectification when it is inaccurate, its Cancellation when you consider it is no longer needed, and to Object to its processing for specific purposes — known in Mexican law as ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition).

To exercise them, send your request to hola@inxeniux.com, indicating: (i) your name and a means to contact you; (ii) a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise; and (iii) any document that helps locate your information. We will respond within the periods established by law.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (including, when enabled, the Meta pixel) to measure the performance of our campaigns, attribute the origin of visits, and improve the experience.
